I've updated the rules, here is the changelog:

General All-Round Rules
"Follow Your Countries Laws And Regulations." rule changed with a better explanation.
"Unneccessary/brutal Sterotyping is not allowed." rule changed with spelling mistake fixes and a minor change to the explanation.
"Religious, Political and Sexual Talk and Names Are Not Allowed." rule changed with a minor grammar fix in the explanation.
"Cheating or Hacking in ANY Way is NOT Allowed." rule changed with minor changes to the explanation.
"Swearing is Allowed with Acceptions." rule changed with minor changes to the explanation.
"Be Nice, Polite and Friendly at All Times." rule changed with a better explanation.
"Advertising Is Not Allowed." rule changed to make it more descriptive and with minor changes to the explanation.
"Multi-clanning Is not allowed for level 400+ (Level 1 Moderator)." rule changed with a better explanation.
"Advertising in other clan servers is not Allowed." rule has been added, please read it carefully and understand it!

Game Server Rules

"Pushing Your teammates is not allowed (with some exceptions)." rule has been changed to "Annoying your team mates is not allowed". please read it carefully and understand it!

"Pushing Your teammates is not allowed (with some exceptions)." rule has been changed to "Annoying your team mates is not allowed". please read it carefully and understand it!

"Leaning To See Players Is Not Allowed." rule changed with spelling mistake and grammar fixes.

"Minecraft" rule section added with 4 rules. Please read these rules carefully and understand them!

Forum Rules
"Double, tripple or multi posting is not allowed." rule changed with minor spelling mistake fixes and minor changes to the explanation.
"Accusing anyone without proof is not allowed." rule changed with a better explanation.
"Spamming is not allowed." changed with a significantly better explanation.

I want to highlight from the changelog:
- "Advertising in other clan servers is not Allowed." rule has been added, please read it carefully and understand it!

Please note that these changes have only been made for the English rules at the moment, they will be applied to the other languages here very soon.

Update: French rules updated. Can someone who is French check the rules and make sure there are no spelling or grammatical errors?

As of 25/05/2014 posts in the spam sub-forum no longer count towards your profile post count.

Thanks for this. Wanted to suggest this for a long time, but I didn't think someone would agree.

Anyway, is it even possible to remove posts from the postcount that already have been counted? If you know what I mean

It is possible, but it would take a hell of a long time to check each user who posted in the spam-forum and reset the post number directly through the forum database and it's just not worth the time. Unfortunately there's no tool to make it easier.

Yeah, I think it should be stated clearly in the rules that trickplanting is not allowed.
