Is it worth waiting for Zen or just splash the cash on i3 6100?

Understatement of the year, that looks like a pretty beastly setup! i5-6600K is one hell of a processor, most (if not all) ASRock Fatal1ty motherboards are really well built like the ASUS ROG series. 3000MHz DDR4 is very much at the high end of RAM nowadays, and of course the GTX 1070 is one beast of a card being more powerful than the previous GTX Titan X. Can't say much about the Palit or SilentiumPC brands though, I don't know much about them, but the case looks very nice and simplistic like Fractal Design's cases. Hopefully you didn't cheap out on the power supply either xD.

Fuck you intel
Here I was looking forward to getting i5 6400 or i3 61000 but you decide to leak the kaby lake spec of i3 7350k which is more powerful than the mentioned cpus. Veteran you should probably hold of because there for the kaby lake range.
